- Overview The Presidential School in Navoi, part of the Presidential Schools of Uzbekistan, was established in 2019 under a presidential decree and officially opened on October 13, 2021. Located in Navoi, the youngest city in Uzbekistan, the school provides a nurturing and innovative learning environment for gifted students aged 11 to 18, focusing on grades 5 to 11. With 166 students currently enrolled, the school is dedicated to fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills through rigorous academic and extracurricular programs.
- Academic Programs The school offers a dual curriculum comprising national and international standards. The national curriculum emphasizes subjects like geography, Uzbek language, and history, fostering patriotism. The international curriculum, inspired by the UK STEAM model, promotes creativity and innovation. Students are encouraged to take A-level exams, and the curriculum integrates the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into lessons and events. Language instruction supports trilingualism in Uzbek, English, and Russian, with STEAM subjects delivered in English using a team-teaching approach. Students are also prepared for globally recognized assessments, including IELTS and Cambridge International exams.
- Student and Staff Community The student body represents a diverse demographic across the Navoi Region, including cities such as Zarafshan, Kiziltepa, and Uchkuduk. The school employs 107 staff members, including 38 teachers, of which 9 are international educators from countries such as the Philippines, South Africa, New Zealand, Kenya, India and Romania. This multicultural team ensures a globally informed education.

- Governance and Accreditation As a semi-autonomous institution, the school operates under the Agency for Presidential Education Institutions of Uzbekistan while adhering to the Presidential Schools Constitution. The school has been accredited by the Council of International Schools, Cambridge International Education, Pearson Edexcel and serves as a certified SAT Center, ensuring global recognition for its academic programs.
